At Galand Vanille, every order is prepared with the same care we put into selecting our beans. We ship your vanillas in airtight packaging that preserves their aromas during transport.

We deliver to France (mainland and Corsica), the European Union and Switzerland.

Delivery times

• Mainland France: 2 to 4 working days
• Corsica: 4 to 7 working days
• European Union and Switzerland: 4 to 7 working days

Any order placed before 2 pm on a weekday is shipped the same day.

Delivery charges

• France — pickup point: 4,00 € — FREE on orders from 45 €
• France — home delivery: 6,90 € — FREE on orders from 80 €
• European Union: 6,90 € — FREE on orders from 80 €
• Switzerland: 10,00 € — FREE on orders from 80 €

Carriers

We work with La Poste (tracked Colissimo) and Mondial Relay for France, as well as Colissimo International for the European Union and Switzerland. You receive a tracking number as soon as your parcel has been handed over to the carrier.

Packaging and storage

All our beans are packed in airtight pouches or tubes that protect them from light, air and moisture during transport. On receipt, keep your beans in their original packaging or transfer them to an airtight glass tube at room temperature.

Order tracking

A confirmation email is sent to you as soon as your order is confirmed, followed by a shipping email containing your tracking number. You can also track your order from your customer account.

Returns and withdrawal

In accordance with the law, you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal. The beans must be returned in their original, unopened packaging. Return costs are your responsibility except in the case of a defective product. The full terms are set out in our terms of sale.
